Our proposal involves an 'upside down' scheme which provides all living accommodation on first floor level in order to maximise light and views towards the Dun Laoghaire coastline. The two storey rear extension is sunken into garden level which allows for natural changes and zoning within the open plan living accommodation. The new ground floor addition provides for two guest bedrooms and a guest living space which opens out to a new garden terrace.
